    2008 Fall Concert Series Celebrates with Survivor, The Guess Who and Rick Springfield at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex

    Celebrate the sounds of space exploration with music from the 60's, 70's and 80's during the 2008 Fall Concert Series at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. The concerts kick-off Saturday, October 18 with 80's rock band Survivor, followed by The Guess Who and Rick Springfield. Backed by the iconic Rocket Garden, the live, festival style outdoor concert happens every Saturday for three weeks, October 18, 25, and November 1 as part of the NASA 50th anniversary celebration.

    CPS Events at The Plaza, manager and operator of The Plaza Grand Ballroom, the exquisitely restored and glamorous site of countless memorable New York affairs and events, recently hosted a 100 Mile Menu dinner for a select crowd of New York City insiders. Serving a menu comprised solely of ingredients sourced within a 100-mile radius of New York City, CPS Events indulged over 250 invited guests with a "Country Chic" buffet dinner featuring locally grown food, wines and spirits.

    Delaware North Companies Corporate Chef and Chief Culinary Ambassador Roland Henin, CMC, has been named the coach of the U.S. culinary team that will compete in the 2009 Bocuse d'Or. The international cooking contest is widely respected as one of the most rigorous in the world.
