Wembley Stadium, the home of English football, and global leader in hospitality and food service, Delaware North, successfully redefined the major stadium food and beverage experience at the May 16 Emirates FA Cup Final by introducing the first-ever concessions concept led by a two-Michelin-star chef.

Across the U.K. in 2025, Delaware North teams delivered record attendance, a high volume of major and special events, and record revenue. The annual North Stars Conference and Awards offered a chance to reflect on those achievements and look ahead to 2026, which is set to be another historic year.

Each year, the Contract Catering Awards recognize 16 winners for their role in the U.K. hospitality and foodservice industry. Last week, Delaware North’s Ellie Gray and Marco Galer-Reick were honored with two of the prestigious awards recognizing their exceptional impact.
