Wembley Stadium in London, where Delaware North serves as hospitality provider, hosted over 500 guests on April 2 for the esteemed 2025 Springboard Awards for Excellence, celebrating achievements within the hospitality industry.
Doug Tetley, managing director of Delaware North U.K., which sponsors the event, welcomed attendees to the iconic Bobby Moore Room for an evening highlighting hospitality achievements and culinary excellence.

Guests were treated to an exquisite three-course meal, expertly crafted by Delaware North U.K. chefs from Wembley, London and Emirates stadiums. The menu showcased Delaware North’s commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- London Stadium curated a colorful creation featuring heritage beetroot, burnt Bramley apple ketchup, compressed Bramley apple, whipped vegan feta and feta crumbles.
- Wembley Stadium presented the main course of stuffed salt marsh lamb, wilted spinach, Parisian potatoes, sweet carrots, dried tomatoes, morel mushrooms and rich lamb jus.
- Emirates Stadium prepared warm chocolate and cherry tart for dessert, finished with white mulberries and ice cream.
Heather Small, lead vocalist of M People, provided an exceptional performance for attendees.
Donations and a live auction helped raise an impressive £179,000 (about $231,000) for Springboard’s charitable work that reaches over 5,000 people annually through employability training, career opportunities and education
