Delaware North's Culinary & Hospitality Excellence for Future Success (CHEFS)® program last week welcomed its sixth cohort of 19 emerging culinarians. Launched in 2022, the program helps build a pipeline of culinary talent across the organization and now includes more than 150 culinarians representing every Delaware North division in the United States. 

Seven chefs and graduates of Delaware North's CHEFS® (Culinary & Hospitality Excellence for Future Success) program successfully completed the rigorous ProChef® I exam last month at the Culinary Institute of America.

As visitation to the iconic Yellowstone National Park continues to grow – it topped 4.7 million visitors last year – Delaware North is expanding its winter tour offerings and enhancing its lodging and retail operations in the region.

Earlier this year, Delaware North’s Culinary & Hospitality Council announced a new format for the upcoming Culinary Challenge – calling on chefs and cooks across the United States to submit their best handheld recipes.
