It’s shaping up to be a busy fall at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex in Florida with the recent announcement by NASA that it will host MAX POWER, a major air and space exposition at Kennedy Space Center, and with the visitor complex also set to host its fifth annual Taste of Space.
In addition, the visitor complex, which Delaware North operates for NASA, has several admission-discount offers available this month and again during MAX POWER.
MAX POWER showcases air and space innovation

In honor of America’s historic 250th anniversary, NASA has organized MAX POWER, a public exposition of American air and space innovation, to be held Nov. 6–8 at and near Kennedy Space Center.
The multiday, family-friendly event will showcase the next-generation aircraft, spacecraft, autonomous vehicles and technologies that will help define the future of transportation in air and space, bringing together the public, innovators, investors, pilots, astronauts, engineers and companies helping open this new frontier. The air show will feature NASA aircraft, the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds and other aerial demonstrations.
“This November, we are opening Kennedy Space Center’s historic Shuttle Landing Facility to the public for America’s newest and most exciting aerospace technology expo and airshow, and we are calling it MAX POWER,” said NASA Administrator Jared Isaacman.
By bringing together the legacy of NASA with the companies and technologies shaping what comes next, MAX POWER aims to ignite the spirit of exploration and inspire the next generation of explorers, builders and dreamers. In addition to NASA, the Air Dot Show, Delaware North, Space Florida, Purpose Entertainment and UP.Summit are external collaborators.
“Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is where America’s history of aerospace innovation comes to life, from the aircraft that helped launch the space program to the spacecraft that carried us to the Moon and the technologies shaping what comes next,” said Therrin Protze, chief operating officer of Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex for Delaware North. “MAX POWER brings that entire story together in one place, giving the public an up-close look at the past, present and future of American aerospace.”
Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex will offer special experiences, including:
- Max Power Parade
- NASA Art from the Vault
- Panels & Presentations
- S.T.E.A.M Hands-On Activities
- Space Partners Expo

Taste of Space returns for fifth year

Five years after launching a one-of-a-kind celebration where culinary artistry meets space exploration, the visitor complex is taking Taste of Space to new heights with an all-American lineup of celebrity chefs and an unforgettable weekend of food-focused experiences Oct. 3–4.
The fifth anniversary celebration will feature Taste of Space: Celebrity Chef Edition 2026, highlighted by an exclusive VIP dining experience on Oct. 3, followed by a Chef/Astronaut Panel on Oct. 4. The evening will feature celebrity chefs Marc Murphy, Rocco DiSpirito, Aaron May and Jon Ashton.
“We’re thrilled to celebrate five years of Taste of Space by bringing together two things that inspire curiosity and imagination: food and space exploration,” Protze said. “This year’s Celebrity Chef Edition takes that experience to another level, giving guests an opportunity to get up close with some of today’s most exciting culinary personalities in a setting they simply won’t find anywhere else.”
The celebration also includes Taste of Space: Fall Bites!, from Sept. 28 through Nov. 8, which will feature new menu items available for purchase throughout multiple eateries at the visitor complex.
