    O’Charley’s Restaurant Cleared For Takeoff At Renovated Nashville Airport

    O’Charley’s Inc., a leading casual-dining restaurant company, and Delaware North Companies Travel Hospitality Services, a new O’Charley’s franchisee and one of the world’s leading airport food service and retail providers, today announced the opening on Friday, July 6 of an O’Charley’s restaurant in the Nashville International Airport, Concourse C. The restaurant is part of Delaware North’s planned expansion of food and beverage operations at the airport under a long-term contract awarded by the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority (MNAA). It is the first O’Charley’s restaurant to be located in an airport.

    Delaware North Companies Sportservice Culinary Team Takes Gold At World?s Chef Challenge

    Four Delaware North Companies Sportservice chefs recently teamed up to earn the gold medal at the 13th Annual Tastes of the World Chef Culinary Conference. The talented team was comprised of Delaware North Sportservice Corporate Chef Rolf Baumann, TD Banknorth Garden Executive Chef Kevin Doherty, Legends at TD Banknorth Garden Chef Patrick Kilduff and Executive Chef of Agganis Arena Paul Hartz. Fifteen different teams from North America took part in the competition and competed for American Culinary Federation medals. The Sportservice team earned 37.75 points out of 40 which was the highest team total and is considered extremely difficult to achieve.
