Nine chefs belonging to the subsidiary families of Delaware North Companies recently earned the prestigious distinctions as a Certified Chef de Cuisine (CCC) by the American Culinary Federation (ACF), and Pro Chef II by the Culinary Institute of America (CIA).

Delaware North Companies Sportservice recently contributed $5,000 to the Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows in Northern Nevada. The money will help ease the cost of programming expenses at seven site locations of the Boys & Girls Club in the Reno-Sparks community.
