Buffet Guests Invited to Join Exciting Easter Egg Hunt
GENEVA-ON-THE-LAKE, Ohio (March 10, 2010) — Usher in spring with the Easter Bunny and breath-taking views of Lake Erie during a delicious Easter Buffet and Easter Egg Hunt at The Lodge at Geneva-on-the-Lake, April 4, 2010.
Join the Easter Bunny as he presides over two Easter Egg Hunts – at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. – for pint-size buffet guests. Children can search for candy-filled eggs indoors and out, and guests will also enjoy a personal visit by the life-size furry holiday icon at their tableside.
A delicious selection of items will be offered in Horizons Restaurant from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Easter Sunday. An array of taste-tempting appetizers, including a field green salad, cheese display with fruits and nuts and lobster bisque will begin the dining experience. Two chef carving stations will feature carved hickory ham and roasted garlic rubbed prime rib of beef. Spinach quiche and vegetable lasagna will be accompanied by garlic and fresh thyme roasted button mushrooms, whipped potatoes and caramelized onion gravy, confetti corn with sautéed grape tomatoes and tri-color bowtie pasta salad.
Cap off the holiday spread by indulging in a mouth-watering dessert selection of fruit ambrosia salad, pecan pie with warm caramel sauce or banana cream pie.
The Easter Buffet, served in Horizons Restaurant from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. is priced at $24.95 for adults; $22.95 for seniors over age 65, and $12.95 for children ages 4 – 12. Children 3 and under dine free.
