Teams and fans have not been alone the last few weeks in gearing up for the new National Hockey League season. The chefs and staffs of Delaware North Companies Sportservice have been working behind the scenes at six NHL venues to broaden menus – focused on further enhancing fans’ game experience.

Delaware North Companies Parks & Resorts has promoted Scott Socha to its newly created role of vice president of finance and business development. Having spent the past three years as the vice president of finance for the company, Socha is eager to take on this new opportunity as the head of business development for the company.

Humor with a twist! Saratoga Gaming and Raceway’s comedy series presents a wide variety of comics at Vapor this fall. Ranging from cranky to cool, all are hilarious and all are appearing on Thursdays in Vapor. Bob Wolf, of PYX 106’s “Wakin Up with the Wolf” will host the shows.

Delaware North Companies Sportservice has added to the regional and other favorite food items it offers and has also expanded club and suite menus for the 2007 National Football League season at the four stadiums at which it operates.
