Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complexis leading a new initiative aimed at challenging high school students and educators to design and manufacture components of ground and aerial robots that would potentially be used for Mars exploration missions.

BUFFALO, N.Y., and ISLANDIA, N.Y. (Sept. 1, 2016) – Delaware North, one of the largest privately-held hospitality and food service companies in the world, has completed its purchase of the 265-room Islandia Marriott Long Island hotel from Columbia Sussex.

Each year, more than 1 million guests from around the world experience their very own space adventure by exploring the exciting past, present and future of America’s space program at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. In addition to the many attractions included with admission, behind-the-scenes tours and special programs offer even more engagement experiences.

The first retail component of Delaware North’s new global headquarters at 250 Delaware Avenue in downtown Buffalo, N.Y., recently opened for business: Jake’s Café.
