VOL 26 | ISSUE 10 | MARCH 10, 2025

With the 2025 Major League Soccer season underway, Delaware North has introduced new food offerings at Sports Illustrated Stadium, home of the New York Red Bulls, and Allianz Field, home of Minnesota United FC. Delaware North operates hospitality and retail services at both venues.

At Sports Illustrated Stadium in Harrison, N.J., the menu features new items such as a Cemita Chicken Sandwich, Falafel Gyro and Loaded Tater Tots. Fans can also enjoy fresh salads, including a Caesar Salad with Shrimp and a Greek Salad with Chicken. A
new all-inclusive premium seating experience, The Box Seats, offers elevated hospitality with exclusive dining options.

Majid Parvez, Delaware North’s executive chef at Sports Illustrated Stadium, delivered samples of the new offerings to several New York City-area radio stations, including the iconic WFAN Sports Radio and its “Boomer & Gio Show.” Host Boomer Esiason, a former NFL quarterback, raved about the food: “Let me tell you something – I’ve never seen anything like it. And in the 18 years I’ve been here, we’ve had a lot of people bring food in,” he said, praising the variety and the quality of the Caesar wrap he sampled.

Meanwhile, Allianz Field is embracing the flavors of Minnesota with a new menu featuring walleye sandwiches, a Swedish Meatball Sub, and Kramarczuk’s Cheddar Sausage. Other highlights include a Pressed Broccolini Sandwich, Bibigo Vegetable
Spring Rolls and Red Baron’s thick-crust pizza. The beverage lineup features returning partners and new selections, including local craft beers and specialty cocktails.

Allianz Field, home of Minnesota United FC and where Delaware North serves as a food and beverage partner, introduced new menu items for the 2025 MLS season, including breaded or fried fish sandwiches featuring walleye, a Great Lakes staple fish.

In addition to the team’s official website, the new offerings were featured by several media outlets, including Fox 9 Minneapolis-St. Paul, Mpls St Paul Magazine, CBS News and Pioneer Press.
