VOL 26 ISSUE 29, July 21, 2025
It’s been a busy summer, and it will continue well into the fall, for Delaware North as team members across the globe provide hospitality and culinary excellence at several iconic events and locations over the next four months.
In addition to last week’s two major sporting events – the FIFA Club World Cup Final at MetLife Stadium on July 13 and the 2025 Major League Baseball (MLB) All-Star Week at Truist Park July 11-15 – Delaware North will also provide hospitality services at several other major events in 2025, including:
- Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, the Florida destination that Delaware North has operated for NASA for 30 years, in early July opened a new attraction, The Gantry at LC-39. The historic observation gantry has been reimagined as a new attraction celebrating space exploration and Earth’s future.
- The Oasis Live ’25 tour is scheduled to include concerts at three venues at which Delaware North operates food and beverage services on three different continents: Wembley Stadium, London (seven dates in July, August and September); MetLife Stadium, East Rutherford, N.J. (two dates in August and September); and Marvel Stadium, Melbourne, Australia (three dates in October and November).
- The 2025 Ryder Cup from Sept. 26-28 at Bethpage Black Golf Course in Farmingdale, N.Y., will be the first Ryder Cup for Delaware North’s Patina Group, the official catering partner of the PGA of America championships. An extension of the partnership through 2034 was recently announced, and Patina Group in May served nearly 200,000 fans at the 2025 PGA Championship in Charlotte, N.C., using its highly popular all-inclusive model.

- In Australia, the 2025 AFL Grand Final on Sept. 27 will be held at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG), where Delaware North is the official hospitality services provider for the iconic venue. Expected to draw a crowd of 100,000 fans, Delaware North will deliver premium food and beverage experiences on footy’s biggest day, continuing its partnership with the MCG as it did at last year’s record-breaking Grand Final.
- Delaware North’s Travel division will continue to work through its dozens of openings throughout the rest of the year. Coming this summer are concepts at Detroit Metropolitan Airport (Born in Detroit Kitchen + Bar, Great Lakes Coffee Roasting Company, 7greens and Wahlburgers), Boise International Airport (Treefort Food + Drink, Idaho Taphouse, Waffle Me Up, The Stil and Turas Flights and Bites) and several other updates at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Buffalo Niagara International Airport and Los Angeles International Airport.
- Since the beginning of the year, Delaware North has opened five new airport concepts, including celebrity chef Kardea Brown’s Southern Kitchen at Charleston International Airport, Cask & Craft Local Spirits + Bites at Detroit Metro Airport in collaboration with two renowned local partners, ASW Distillery in Atlanta and two Starbucks in Atlanta.
Previously covered in prior editions of 360 were major announcements of Patina Group recently opening Hundredfold, Catawba Two Kings Casino celebrating a year of construction and looking forward to the future, and Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex opening The Gantry at LC-39.
Also of note, Delaware North on Sept. 30 will celebrate the 30th anniversary of TD Garden, the company-owned-and-operated arena that is home to the Boston Bruins, owned by Delaware North Chairman Jeremy Jacobs, and Boston Celtics and that hosts major entertainment acts year-round.
TD Garden, which has been enhanced and expanded in recent years and is the anchor of the transformational Hub on Causeway mixed development, was a finalist for Facility of the Year in Sports Business Journal’s 2025 Sports Business Awards. The arena last year celebrated the Boston Bruins Centennial, raised championship banner 18 with the Celtics, played host to the world for the NHL’s inaugural 4 Nations Face-off and had a record-breaking year for concerts.
