Phyllis Randall, a 61-year-young chef for Delaware North Australia at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG), was recently highlighted in a segment by 7 News Melbourne about her later-in-life career transition and passion as a pastry chef.

Randall’s work has also been recognized by the Melbourne Cricket Club, Delaware North’s client at the MCG, who presented her with the 2025 Chef Apprentice of the Year award during the MCC Food & Wine Society Awards ceremony.
