Parks and Resorts locations earn high praise in media spotlights 

Delaware North Parks and Resorts locations welcome guests from across the globe to national and state parks, exciting attractions and one-of-a-kind destinations. Several Parks locations have garnered recent media attention for providing guests with memorable experiences and exceptional amenities. 

Camp Hale Weddings 

Camp Hale Weddings, Delaware North’s unique offering just outside of Vail, Colo., was recently featured in two high-profile industry publications.  

In an article on Mountainside Bride, Camp Hale is featured as the backdrop of an incredible wedding ceremony and reception venue in the Rocky Mountains. The article includes a large gallery of professional images, showcasing the beauty and amenities at Camp Hale.  

The property was also featured in a roundup article on The Knot, titled “What is a Destination Wedding? How They’re Evolving in 2025.” The piece includes a quote from Nathaniel Carreto, sales manager for Delaware North at Camp Hale, who shares insights on the rising popularity of domestic destination weddings, along with a link to the property’s website. 

The Squire at Grand Canyon and Yavapai Lodge 

She Buys Travel, a trusted travel resource providing guidance in all aspects of travel, published an in-depth article featuring The Squire at Grand Canyon, a Holiday Inn Resort. In the piece, writer Emily Caldwell highlights the property’s standout amenities, diverse dining options and overall guest experience: 

Located just a 15-minute drive outside the park, it’s the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the South Rim. This hotel impressed me from start to finish. From the updated lobby to extensive dining options, it’s easy to see why this hotel ranks amongst the best in the area.  

The Squire at Grand Canyon has also been featured in several travel and lifestyle publication roundup articles, including in Frommer’s “Arizona Road Trip Itinerary: Tucson to Grand Canyon in One Week.” 

Family activity website Mommy Poppins’ article, The Ultimate Guide to Visiting the Grand Canyon with Kids, features both The Squire and Yavapai Lodge as the top accommodations when visiting the national park, and Trazee Travel’s “3 National Parks to Visit for International Dark Sky Week” notes the Grand Canyon as a top destination for star gazing, highlighting the offerings at Yavapai Lodge.

Tenaya at Yosemite 

Collector of Experiences, a lifestyle hub focused on uncovering and sharing exciting experiences that inspire and ignite a sense of adventure, featured Tenaya at Yosemite in a standalone, full-page print article titled, “Tenaya Lodge: A Gateway to Yosemite’s Wonders.” The editor provides an in-depth review of her stay at the resort, noting:

Explorer Cabins at Yellowstone and The Ridgeline Hotel 

Delaware North’s Explorer Cabins at Yellowstone, in West Yellowstone, Mont., and The Ridgeline Hotel and Explorer Cabins, located in Gardiner, Mont., are both highlighted in a roundup article from Yellowstone National Park Trips titled, “Our 11 Favorite Towns Near Yellowstone” as top places to stay in their respective towns.  

The article also links readers to dedicated articles on each property: “Explorer Cabins in West Yellowstone” and “Charming Lodging and Fun Tours by The Ridgeline Hotel at Yellowstone” from the same site.
