MILWAUKEE – Delaware North, the hospitality partner of the Milwaukee Brewers at American Family Field, has revealed an assortment of additions for the upcoming 2025 MLB season. Brewers fans can look forward to everything from returning favorites to elevated new food and beverage items.
“We collaborate closely with the Brewers and Blackshoe Hospitality during the offseason to design exciting new items that fans will love,” said Kevin Jezewski, Delaware North’s general manager at American Family Field. “Our goal is to create a memorable and enjoyable experience for fans of all ages – and a lot of that revolves around great ballpark food.”
Fans will get to enjoy several new items throughout the ballpark, including:
- The classic fried chicken sandwich is getting two spinoffs: the Chicken Cordon-Brew (fried chicken breast, shaved ham, Swiss cheese, beer butter onions and brown mustard on a potato bun) and Maxie’s Spicy Southern (fried chicken breast, zesty hot sauce, pickles and Comeback sauce on a potato bun), available at Sections 112, 118, 123 and 226.
- New topped hot dogs include the Enchilada Dog (corn tortilla dipped in salsa roja, melted cheese, sour cream, onion and cilantro) and the Bases Loaded Potato Dog (topped with cheddar cheese, bacon strips, sour cream, tater tots and green onions. Available at Sections 110 and 208.
- The Smokin’ Gouda Burger (twin burger patties, gouda cheese, beer butter onions and smokey chipotle ranch on a potato bun) will be available at Sections 108, 117, 125, 210, 228, 409 and 424.






Maxie’s Club Level will be offering several new dishes, including:
- Chicken and Andouille Jambalaya: Blackened chicken, andouille sausage, rice, zesty creole sauce and scallions.
- Maxie’s Creole Chicken Sandwich: Fried chicken breast, provolone cheese, creole sauce and smokey mayonnaise.
- Hurricane Cocktail: Passion fruit, rum and dark rum floater.
J. Leinenkugel’s Barrel Yard also has a variety of new offerings for the new season, including specialty flatbreads. Once the new season gets underway, the Barrel Yard, which is open year-round, will extend hours to 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
