Delaware North unveils fresh flavors for the 2025–26 NHL season

As the puck drops on the 2025–26 NHL season, Delaware North Sportservice is raising the bar for arena hospitality with bold new culinary lineups, creative concessions and memorable fan experiences at venues across the league.

Delaware North’s commitment to culinary innovation and fan engagement shines in the details – from tribute sandwiches and themed cocktails to exclusive merchandise and suite-level specials. Whether you’re cheering for the Sabres, Bruins, Red Wings, Predators, Blue Jackets or Kraken, this season promises unforgettable flavors and experiences at every turn.

Buffalo Sabres: local spirit and star-powered sandwiches

At KeyBank Center, Sabres fans can savor a menu packed with new flavors and playful twists. Highlights include the “Dog of the Game” series, tribute sandwiches such as The Tage Hero (honoring Tage Thompson’s Team USA overtime goal) and the French Connection, a triple-layered French toast nod to Buffalo’s legendary trio. Specialty brews expanded concessions and a value menu for season ticket members ensure every visit is a treat. Rotating specials and new portable stands – such as the Power Play Pretzel and Face-Off Nachos – add variety and excitement to the game-day experience.

Detroit Red Wings: centennial celebration in Hockeytown

Little Caesars Arena is celebrating the Red Wings’ centennial with inventive food, exclusive merchandise and themed cocktails that honor the team’s storied history. Fans can enjoy signature smoked short rib, local favorites with a modern twist and premium suite offerings such as house-made ice cream sandwiches. Souvenir draft beer cups shaped like ice skates and Zambonis filled with chicken tenders add a festive touch. Bridgestone Arena’s new menu brings the heat with gourmet grinders, BBQ favorites and indulgent burgers. TD Garden and Delaware North Sportservice are rolling out a $5 Value Menu at select stands, featuring fan favorites such as hot dogs, popcorn, soda and pretzels. The new allergen-friendly Garden Grill offers inclusive options for gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian fans. Concessions Corner debuts bold new items such as Flamin’ Hot Korean Corn Dog, Cool Ranch Cheese Bites, Hot Honey Butter Fried Chicken Sandwich and more – ensuring every Bruins fan finds something to love.

Seattle Kraken: local flavors and sustainable innovation at Climate Pledge Arena

Climate Pledge Arena and Delaware North have debuted an expanded menu for the 2025–26 Seattle Kraken season, showcasing Seattle’s culinary diversity, local ingredients and innovative plant-based options. Fans will find more than 30 items priced at $9.99 and under, plus marketplace innovations like freshly shucked oysters – believed to be a first for general admission at any U.S. sports venue.

New local partnerships include Piroshky Piroshky, a women-owned bakery from Pike Place Market, and the Chefs Table, which rotates Seattle’s best food concepts throughout the season. Other highlights include the Arena Dog topped with braised short rib, Impossible Chili with Cornbread, and creative cocktails such as Kraken Water and the Sea Monster Mai Tai. The arena also features expanded vegan and vegetarian options, plus a value program for season ticket holders.
