LOS ANGELES (October 20, 2010) – Delaware North Companies Travel Hospitality Services, one of the world’s leading airport food and retail providers, announced that it was awarded a coveted food and beverage concession contract to operate concepts by celebrity chefs Masaharu Morimoto and Wolfgang Puck at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). The concepts—proposed as part of a joint venture with partner Marbella Food Services—were approved by the Los Angeles City Council today.
