Belmont Park, N.Y., Sept. 23, 2026 — As the New York Islanders prepare to take the ice for the 2026-27 season, UBS Arena and hospitality partner Delaware North Sportservice are introducing an exciting lineup of new food, beverage and retail offerings for fans to enjoy throughout the venue. From over-the-top desserts and creative handhelds to locally inspired specialties and shareable favorites, this season’s additions showcase bold flavors, premium ingredients and the culinary creativity that has become a hallmark of the arena experience.
“Our team is always looking for new ways to surprise and delight fans through food,” said Ted Donnelly, executive chef for Delaware North Sportservice at UBS Arena. “This year’s lineup combines inventive takes on classic arena fare with unique flavors and memorable presentations. Whether guests are looking for a comfort food favorite or something completely unexpected, there’s something new to discover throughout the arena.”
“Guest experience is at the core of everything we do at UBS Arena,” said Michael Sciortino, General Manager. “As we approach our fifth anniversary, our food and beverage program has grown significantly since 2021, from unique, one-of-a-kind items you won’t find anywhere else to classic arena staples. We want every fan to have great options throughout the arena no matter what they’re in the mood for.”
New to UBS Arena this season is the Coca-Cola Corner, located at Section 105. Throughout the season, the concession will feature a rotation of four local restaurants, with a portion of sales benefiting efforts to fight food insecurity.
The first restaurant featured in the Coca-Cola Corner will be Tap Room offering Pastrami Sliders and Prime Rib Sliders. The next restaurant to be featured in this rotation is Wok N’ Roll, who will be serving up Birthday Cake Egg Rolls and Vodka Chicken Parm Egg Rolls. Additional concepts will be announced at a later date.

- South Shore Berry Boba Shake: A colorful, candy-inspired shake featuring blueberry popping boba, blue raspberry shake, whipped cream, graham crumb “sand” and Swedish Fish candy. Available at Section 119.
- Nerds Gummy Cluster Brie Grilled Cheese: A sweet-and-savory twist on a classic grilled cheese, combining creamy brie and Nerds Gummy Clusters between toasted sourdough bread. Available at Section 220 Market.
- Uncrustable Pulled Pork Tostada: A fried peanut butter and jelly sandwich topped with pulled pork, chopped peanuts, grape jelly barbecue sauce and scallions. Available at Section 107 BBQ Portable.
- Burrata Boat: Golden tater tots topped with cherry tomatoes, creamy burrata, balsamic glaze and fresh basil.
- Poke Esquites: A layered cup featuring esquites-style corn, avocado, red onion, raw tuna and cilantro. Available at Section 102 Market.
- Chicken Cutlet Strombo”LI”: A two-foot-long stromboli stuffed with chicken cutlets, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and marinara sauce. Available at Section 108 Market.
- Rangoon Toast: Fresh baguette topped with crab Rangoon cream cheese and crab filling. Available at Section 213 Market.
- Churrasco Steak Sandwich: Skirt steak served on rustic bread with chimichurri aioli, roasted red peppers and crispy potatoes. Available at Section 227 Carving Port.
- Loaded Kraft Mac & Cheese: Guests can choose from three hearty varieties topped with jerk chicken, Buffalo chicken or pulled pork. Available at Section 221 Market.
- Big Chicken Hot Chicken & Waffles: A Big Chicken hot chicken breast topped with mayonnaise and pickles, served between two waffles. Available at Sections 111 and 206.

- Classic Cheeseburger: A stadium classic featuring a juicy beef patty topped with melted cheese. Available at Sections 119, 203, 214 and 229.
- Bodega Burger: Topped with jalapeños, queso fresco, grilled pineapple and chamoy. Available at Section 119, 203 and 214.
- Hot Honey & Pork Rind Pimento Cheeseburger: A bold combination of pimento cheese, hot honey and crunchy pork rinds. Available at Sections 119, 203 and 214.
Sweet Treats & Desserts
- Mister Softee Nachos: Choice of chocolate, vanilla or twist soft-serve ice cream topped with chocolate syrup, raspberry syrup, caramel sauce and waffle cone chips. Available at Sections 110 and 226.
- Magnolia Banana Pudding Cups: The iconic dessert from Magnolia Bakery makes its way to the arena. Available at Sections 108, 111 and 203.

- Hot Honey Pork Rinds: Seasoned pork rinds drizzled with hot honey and served with guacamole. Available at Sections 119, 203 and 214.
- Sparky-Themed Popcorn Bucket: A collectible popcorn bucket inspired by Sparky. Available at Section 110.

- JetBlue Mint Condition: A crisp vodka cocktail with house-made limeade and club soda, finished with a mint garnish. Exclusively available at JetBlue Terrace Bar and JetBlue Mosaic Lounge.
- Mint Cucumber Lemonade: A refreshing cocktail featuring rum, Owen’s Mint Cucumber Mix and lemonade, garnished with fresh mint.
- New Amsterdam Mule: A classic mule made with New Amsterdam Vodka and ginger beer, finished with a lime garnish. Available with cherry, blackberry or wildberry flavor.
- Perfect Margarita: A smooth margarita made with Desnuda Tequila and Owen’s Margarita Mix, finished with a lime garnish. Available with cherry, blackberry or wildberry flavor.
- Transfusion: A game-day favorite featuring New Amsterdam Vodka, Owen’s Barstool Transfusion Mix, grape juice and ginger ale, garnished with lemon.
- Blue Line: A bright cocktail made with gin, blue curaçao and Sprite, finished with an orange garnish.
- Sailor Sunrise: A whiskey-based cocktail with orange juice and bitters, garnished with a fresh orange slice.
