Climate Pledge Arena and Delaware North Sportservice unveil new food and beverage offerings for 2026-27 Seattle Kraken season

SEATTLE, Wash. – Sept. 22, 2026 – Fans returning to Climate Pledge Arena for the 2026-27 Seattle Kraken season will discover an expanded lineup of food and beverage offerings from Delaware North Sportservice.

This season’s enhancements range from Pacific Northwest-inspired seafood and local favorites to chef-driven rotating menus and elevated club experiences, further showcasing Sportservice’s commitment to creating memorable dining experiences for Kraken fans.

Local favorites and Seattle-inspired flavors

The arena’s lineup continues to celebrate beloved local brands and regional specialties.

Fans can enjoy fresh Fisher Scones with raspberry jam and whipped salted butter, authentic offerings from Piroshky Piroshky and Seattle Dogs topped with cream cheese and grilled onions.

The Bristol Bay concepts will continue highlighting Pacific Northwest seafood with Wild Alaska Cod Fish & Chips, Hot Smoked Salmon Dip and the Sockeye Bowl featuring roasted harissa carrots and chili crunch.

Chef’s Table rotating culinary series

New this season is a rotating Chef’s Table concept that will showcase globally inspired menus throughout the season.

The rotating lineup will feature offerings such as Brisket Elote and Ribeye Banh Mi, in addition to BBQ platters, Asian-inspired rice bowls, Mediterranean gyros and Latin-inspired bowls.

New premium and club experiences

The Verizon Lounge has introduced an elevated menu featuring shareable plates and chef-driven specialties, including Steak Frites featuring Royal Ranch hanger steak and chimichurri and Ceviche with fresh seafood and bright citrus flavors.

New marketplace offerings

Fans will find new signature items throughout Climate Pledge Arena’s marketplace locations, including:

  • Tallow Fries – Crispy fries cooked in beef tallow for enhanced flavor and texture. Available at Molly D’s Burgers.
  • Filet and Caviar – A crispy fish filet topped with caviar tartar and served on a brioche bun. Available at The Galley.
  • BBQ Plate – A hearty barbecue offering showcasing slow-smoked meats and classic accompaniments. Available at Mercer Mac ‘n Cheese.
  • Poke Surf ‘n Turf Nachos – Ahi poke, crunchy Spam, wonton chips, eel sauce, spicy mayo, tobiko, cold picked cucumber and scallions. Available at the Poke stand.
  • Gyro Smash Burger – Royal Ranch beef, tzaztziki, tomato, onion and lettuce on pita bread. Available at Sound Bites.

New self-checkouts get fans back to their seats even faster

Marketplaces at Climate Pledge Arena received a technology overhaul over the summer. Partnering with Tapin2, Delaware North’s Information Technology team and Climate Pledge Arena Information Technology, 81 new self-checkouts were deployed across nine markets.

The exciting technology revamp not only improves the stability in the markets, but also streamlines the guest experience – dropping the average transaction time from 3 minutes to an average of under 1 minute, allowing fans to get back to their seats to enjoy the game.
