‘The Reel Deal’ launches to deliver elevated rewards to Gaming MVPs

Delaware North’s Gaming division has introduced a new way to recognize its most valuable players – an exclusive rewards platform known as “The Reel Deal.” 

Designed to provide a more elevated and customized experience for its most loyal patrons, The Reel Deal is an invite-only rewards tier, even more exclusive than Black Diamond, the highest published rewards tier. Fewer than 80 guests across six Delaware North Gaming properties have been invited to join the initial program. 

The Reel Deal was launched with a series of special dinner events at the participating properties. In addition to a cocktail hour and multicourse meal, guests received gifts such as luggage and travel accessories – a preview of rewards to come, including exclusive hosted trips to the Fontainebleau Las Vegas or a Carnival cruise.  

“The Reel Deal is all about creating a more personalized VIP experience for our very top players,” said Steve Martin, director of loyalty for Delaware North’s Gaming division. “By delivering a rewards program based on what our top players truly want, we can create a more meaningful and memorable gaming experience for them.”
