The Dunkin’ Women’s Beanpot Championship on Jan. 20 made its highly anticipated return to TD Garden, building on the success of the past two tournaments held at the arena.
The Women’s Beanpot is a prestigious in‑season college hockey tournament featuring four major Boston‑area programs: Boston College, Boston University, Harvard University and Northeastern University.
TD Garden hosted two Women’s Beanpot games – the third game and the championship – as part of the final round.

The 2026 Women’s Beanpot at TD Garden delivered one of the most dramatic finals in the tournament’s 47‑year history, with Northeastern beating Boston College in the third place game, 3-2, Harvard taking the championship title against Boston University, 2-1, in overtime
