TD Garden and Delaware North Sportservice partnered on a food combo and cocktail activation inspired by the HBO series “Heated Rivalry” during the Jan. 24 Boston Bruins vs. Montreal Canadiens game, driving strong visibility and engagement across TD Garden’s social channels. The campaign generated 36,400 engagements and 428,300 total impressions across eight posts, reflecting solid audience interest and interaction.

The Holiday Inn Estes Park, owned and operated by Delaware North in Colorado, on Jan. 24 hosted a celebration for Scotland’s national poet, Robert Burns, who died in 1796. Burns Night events are held around the world near his birthday on Jan. 25 and feature a traditional mix of ceremony, food, poetry and music. Executive Chef Kristina Olson (pictured above at left) and her team prepared a traditional Scottish meal for more than 100 guests. The evening also featured Scotch whisky from event organizer Graeme Wallace, who owns Hogback Distillery in Boulder, Colo.
Olson created a multicourse menu featuring haggis, a savory pudding made with sheep’s pluck (developed from Corporate Culinary Director Kevin Doherty’s recipe); a vegetarian version of the dish; roasted salmon; peppercorn‑crusted pork loin; and Neeps and Tatties (mashed potatoes and mashed turnips). For dessert, guests enjoyed Tipsy Laird – a whisky‑soaked trifle made with ladyfingers, raspberry jam, custard, whipped cream, banana, toasted almonds and orange zest – and Cranachan, a trifle made with mascarpone whipped cream, raspberries and sugar‑toasted oats.
