Delaware North’s new external global careers site, hosted by Symphony Talent, is now live with job opportunities in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. The U.S. and U.K. launched in November 2024 and Australia and New Zealand launched in March 2025.
Launching a new global careers site is an important achievement for Delaware North’s global Talent Acquisition (TA) team, which collaborated with the Creative Studio to design all visual aspects and written content for the site, the site’s steering committee who reviewed page framework and designs in the early stages of the project and to TA team members across the globe whose input helped shape the new global careers site.
The new site presents Delaware North’s employer brand with a modern and fresh design while incorporating elements from our corporate brand. One of the many new features is the introduction of enhanced job descriptions (EJDs).
EJDs provide a personalized candidate experience as job seekers can learn more about life at Delaware North with photos, videos, customizable text blocks and career path journeys.
Other features include:
- Advanced customization and editing capabilities, including video headers.
- Regional homepages showcasing images, team member stories, videos, and country-specific spellings for either U.S., U.K. or Australia and New Zealand visitors depending on their location.
- Personalized EJDs that share relevant content about the job category, subsidiary or region with the ability to embed images and videos.
- Customizable talent community forms that capture candidate information for all regions.
- In-depth analytics to inform future recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy.
- A glimpse into life at Delaware North featuring highlight videos and quotes that showcase team member stories across the enterprise.
As the second phase of the careers site project finishes, the next phase is focused on continuing to enhance the range of content for each region throughout the site.
Symphony Talent is also hosting Delaware North’s new Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platform. The new CRM – which launched in the U.S. and the U.K. in late 2024 and Australia and New Zealand in March 2025 – features advanced automations, a personalized talent community form and improved sourcing abilities. Just like the global careers site, the CRM features best-in-class technology to engage current and future team members at Delaware North.
The TA Innovation Center will manage the global careers site with support from Symphony Talent. The new site launch highlights the company’s continued dedication to improving the candidate experience and is the latest global platform in our system portfolio.
