With more than 600,000 fans flooding Green Bay’s Titletown for the 2025 NFL Draft, Delaware North played a central role in delivering the food, beverage and hospitality experience across Lambeau Field and the surrounding area.
Over the three-day event, Delaware North Sportservice operated 25 concessions outlets – 15 located in the outdoor draft footprint and 10 inside Lambeau Field – serving classic stadium fare to massive crowds. In total, more than 445,000 items were sold, including nearly 40,000 brats and hot dogs and more than 210,000 beers.
“From top to bottom, our team delivered in every possible way,” said Eric Sampson, general manager for Delaware North at Lambeau Field. “We knew the draft would be big, but this exceeded even our highest expectations – and our staff met the moment with energy, efficiency and pride.”
In all, Delaware North deployed 700 guest-facing team members across the draft campus, including 200 volunteers representing local nonprofit groups who worked the event to raise funds for their organizations.
Patina Group, Delaware North’s premium lifestyle division, further elevated the experience with catering services at 55 VIP receptions for a combined 10,000 guests. The receptions included corporate gatherings, NFL partner activations and other invitation-only events throughout the draft.
“This was a high-profile event on a massive stage – and our team absolutely delivered,” said Stephanie Edens, vice president of catering and events for Patina Group. “We were honored to play a part in making the draft unforgettable for VIP guests, while helping showcase Lambeau and Green Bay at their very best.”
