The Buffalo Sabres on July 30 announced an extension to the arena’s naming rights agreement with KeyBank for another 10 years, ensuring the venue remains the KeyBank Center. As the arena’s hospitality partner, Delaware North catered the special brunch event.
Led by Executive Chef Michael Buonopane and Chef Guy Hooper, the culinary team crafted a specialty menu that included shrimp cocktail set within a KeyBank Center ice sculpture, an affogato coffee bar, an innovative take on chicken and waffles, lobster blini with crème fraiche and caviar, hanging bacon served three ways and French toast bread pudding with brûléed crème anglaise.
