Delaware North serves Oasis fans on third different continent with sold-out Marvel Stadium shows

VOL 26 ISSUE 46, Nov. 17, 2025

Main caption: Delaware North served hundreds of thousands of guests at 12 Oasis concerts since July on three continents, including at Wembley Stadium in London (above), MetLife Stadium near New York City and Marvel Stadium in Melbourne, Australia.

Reunited British rock band Oasis, playing its first live shows since brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher split acrimoniously in 2009, captured global attention and accolades with its Oasis Live ’25 concert tour – and Delaware North was there to serve fans at shows on three different continents.

The band recently played three sold-out concerts at Marvel Stadium in Melbourne, Australia, where Delaware North has served as the hospitality partner since it opened in 2000 – and earlier this year received a new contract.

Shortly after the tour began in July, Oasis played the first five of seven shows at Wembley Stadium in London – another longtime venue at which Delaware North is the food and beverage provider – and returned for two more shows in late September. In all, more than 700,000 fans saw the band perform at Wembley.

The band in late summer also played two concerts to near-capacity crowds at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J., near New York City, where Delaware North operates food, beverage and retail services.

In 2023-24, Delaware North also served concert fans on three continents during Taylor Swift’s New Eras tour – at Wembley Stadium, MetLife Stadium and the Melbourne Cricket Ground in Australia.

Many team members wore bucket hats made popular by brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher in Oasis in their mid-1990s heyday and that became a symbol of their reunion tour this year.

The team at Marvel Stadium wowed the nearly 200,000 Oasis fans at the three concerts with special experiences, including transforming the Skyline Room into an English scene littered with subtle nods to Oasis and their English roots.

Guests were welcomed with a Champagne Supernova cocktail (Piper Champagne with house-made blood orange and thyme cordial). A range of traditional bar snacks were available: salted peanuts, pork scratchings (rinds) and crisps. A refined twist on an English Sunday roast was served with all the trimmings, including rosemary and garlic-rubbed rotisserie chicken, English-style roast beef, Yorkshires, duck-fat roasted kipfler potatoes and cauliflower au gratin. These were, of course, accompanied with miniature servings of English fish and chips.

Available across Marvel Stadium were Oasis Fish & Chips and Spice Bags (salt and chili chips and chicken, fried onions, capsicum and an array of spices) – a staple in the U.K. and Irish fish and chip shops. The team also created special cocktails: Cigarettes & Alcohol (peated whiskey, cherry cola reduction and bitters); an old-fashioned twist, leaning into the classic British pub culture; and a Wonderwall Spritz (a gin-based cocktail with Pampelle, lemon and sparkling wine).

At Wembley Stadium, as reported in a Nov. 3 360 story on Wembley Stadium’s eventful summer concert lineup, the return of Oasis was the talk of the town – with Delaware North serving fans for record beer sales as well as bespoke menus and theming inspired by ’90s Britpop mania. Fans could enjoy the Döner Look Back in Anger and the Madferit Dog, alongside Prosecco Supernovas and Rock ’n’ Roll Star Martinis.

At the two MetLife Stadium shows, Delaware North saw impressive sales in serving fans food and beverage in both concessions and premium areas. The company also operated retail services as it normally does for the NFL’s New York Giants and Jets games and other events, selling millions of dollars in various Oasis merchandise at the Flagship Store and 20 other outlets around the stadium.

Marvel Stadium’s busy concert schedule

In addition to the three Oasis dates, Marvel Stadium recently hosted several other major concerts, including heavy-metal legends Metallica Nov. 8 and the seven-hour Fridayz Live multi-act show Oct. 25 headlined by Mariah Carey with Pitbull, Wiz Khalifa and Lil Jon.

For the Metallica show, Delaware North featured themed cocktails: Fade to Red (Collins-style drink with a blackberry syrup float) and Enter the Nightcap (Tommy’s Margarita with a black salt rim). Food specials included the Apocalypse Chicken Burger and 72 Seasons Loaded Hot Dog.

For Fridayz Live, Delaware North had over 800 casual staff for the vent, the most in Marvel Stadium history. The high energy started as soon as the staff stepped foot into the muster room, with the operations team dressed as Pitbull, welcoming staff with music, quizzes and competitions. Food and beverage specials included the Timbertini – a playful twist on the iconic 1990s drink the Appletini – aligning to one of Pitbull’s biggest hits; Custom Fridayz Live Daniel’s Donuts, Fireball Chicken Bites, and the Fridayz Pork Taco.

Marvel Stadium will host other international acts in the concert season underway: Lady Gaga Dec. 5 and 6, and Ed Sheeran Feb. 26, 27 and 28. And at the Melbourne Cricket Ground, Australian rock legends AC/DC performed Nov. 12 and 16.
