St. Louis Cardinals and Delaware North introduce new hospitality upgrades for 2025 MLB season at Busch Stadium, including food, retail and technology

St. Louis (March 25, 2025) – Delaware North, the hospitality partner of the St. Louis Cardinals at Busch Stadium, has revealed an assortment of additions for the upcoming 2025 MLB season. Cardinals Nation can look forward to everything from classic ballpark fare to new and exciting merchandise options.

“In partnership with the Cardinals, Delaware North has upgraded concession stands, retail options and technology to enhance the fan experience,” said Rory Schroeder, Delaware North’s general manager at Busch Stadium. “The new food offerings provide a mix of classic ballpark fare and diverse cuisine, while new brand partnerships such as Crumbl Cookies and Mayo Ketchup add variety. The upgraded technology ensures that fans can get back to the action faster.”

Concession stand renovations and new food offerings

Several concession stands are being updated with new food options:

  • Intentional Wok at Section 103 will offer Rice Bowls (choice of rice or noodles, choice of protein: tempura chicken, roast chicken or seasoned beef, and choice of sauce: General Tso, Sweet & Sour, Teriyaki or Zesty Orange); Steamed Pork Pot Stickers; Chicken Egg Rolls; and Fortune Cookies.
  • Outfield Grill at Section 102 will have a Jumbo Hot Dog (topped with chopped brisket, BBQ sauce, and toasted onions on a Fazio bun); Jumbo Bratwurst (served with sauerkraut and onions on a hot dog bun); Jumbo Dog (served with sauerkraut and onions); Red Hot Sausage (served with sauerkraut and onions); Bacon Cheddar Sausage (served with sauerkraut and onions); and Chicken Tenders & French Fries.
  • Freddy’s will have Concretes (frozen custard with mix-ins); Sundaes (two scoops of custard with toppings); and Shakes (custard blended with milk and optional toppings), all in mouthwatering flavors: Signature Turtle (vanilla custard, fudge, caramel, pecans, whipped cream, cherry); Oreo Double Trouble (vanilla custard, Oreo pieces, whipped cream, cherry); and Cookie Dough (vanilla custard with cookie dough pieces); and classic vanilla, chocolate and strawberry options for the shakes.

New partnerships and food vendors

Fans of Crumbl Cookies will now get to enjoy the award-winning cookies at Section 136 and in suites. Mayo Ketchup by Plantain Girl will be featured at Section 169, offering fast-casual Puerto Rican, Dominican and Cuban food.

New retail items and merchandise

The Team Store will feature branded apparel by 8th & Clark, Travis Mathew and Onward Reserve. Thanks to fan feedback, more items with the Busch Stadium logo will be available, as well as new City Connect designs.

Special Opening Day items include a lapel pin, baseball and koozie, and fun plush food items include a toasted ravioli, hamburger, pretzel and hot dog.

New technology and payment solutions

User-friendly, self-checkout kiosks with technology partner MyVenue have been installed at the Broadway Market (Section 153) and Left Field Pavilion (Stand 264), reducing wait times and providing easy payment options for fans looking to get back to the action faster than ever.

Other new devices and software include Castle Saturn devices and MyVenue in suites, allowing fans to order via QR code with secure payment options.
