As the 2026 Major League Baseball season begins, Sportservice is once again redefining the ballpark experience – rolling out innovative, locally inspired food and beverage offerings at 10 stadiums across the league.
From chef-driven concepts and global flavors to elevated ballpark classics and expanded retail experiences, Sportservice’s latest lineup showcases its continued commitment to creativity, quality and a strong sense of place. All of this work is rooted in deep data analysis to uncover meaningful guest insights, which guide the intentional design of elevated menus and the seamless orchestration of experiences through strategically deployed service models and technology.
At ballparks coast to coast, Sportservice’s 2026 menus were designed to reflect each city’s culinary identity while enhancing every fan’s gameday experience.
Detroit Tigers – Comerica Park
Sportservice introduced Detroit-driven favorites, including the Pierogi Nacho, Tiger Tail Corn Dog, Dubai Chocolate Strawberries and the Smoked Bone-In Short Rib Sandwich. Orange-themed specialty items and expanded premium retail – including a new Custom Shop and fashion pop-ups – further elevate the fan experience at Comerica Park.

Milwaukee Brewers – American Family Field
Fans can enjoy fair-style indulgences at the new Fair Foods stand, expanded local vendors at 3rd Street Market Hall Annex and authentic BBQ at The Alley Food Truck Park. The lineup reinforces Sportservice’s focus on partnering with local businesses and celebrating regional flavors throughout the ballpark.



Chicago White Sox – Rate Field
Sportservice’s expanded food and beverage program features the Tonkatsu Dog, Machete Quesadilla and Jibarito, alongside elevated ballpark classics and a broadened beverage lineup with new cocktails, regional craft beers and specialty drink concepts.



San Diego Padres – Petco Park
New offerings span concessions, premium clubs and suites, highlighted by Padres Pretzels, the debut of The Shortstop stand and elevated club menus at Club .394 and the Lexus Club. Suite menus introduce sharable platters and curated packages that bring bold flavors to premium spaces.



Cincinnati Reds – Great American Ball Park
Fans will find an expanded lineup of food, beverage and retail experiences, including the open-market Food Hub, new soft-serve destinations and standout menu items such as Queen City Smashburgers, Glier’s Goetta Nachos and Smoked Brisket Street Corn Bowls, alongside refreshed retail assortments and exclusive merchandise.



St. Louis Cardinals – Busch Stadium
Sportservice debuts new concession items celebrating local favorites and comfort food classics, including Fried Gooey Butter Cake, Hot Dog Burnt Ends and Birria Ramen, offering fans more variety and creativity throughout the stadium.



Atlanta Braves – Truist Park
At Truist Park, Sportservice expands the Braves’ culinary program with a lineup of signature items such as The Bat Flip, Blooperito and A-Town Melt, alongside the debut of Tacos Mejor, a chef-driven concept created in collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Carlos Gaytán, who partners with Patina Group on several concepts at Downtown Disney in California. The enhancements reflect Sportservice’s continued integration of premium culinary expertise and local partnerships.



Minnesota Twins – Target Field
Sportservice introduced new and expanded concepts including Red Cow, La Madre and Mac and Yes Please, plus sweet additions such as Justin’s Candied Popcorn Bar and the Chocolate Fish on a Stick. Beverage updates include expanded Niko Niko boba options, plus new Carbliss cocktails and an expanded mocktail menu.


Texas Rangers – Globe Life Field
New menu items include steakhouse-inspired additions at High Steaks (such as the Texas Ribeye Sandwich and High Steaks Nachos), plus shareables such as the 9th Inning Rally Sombrero and new treats like the Churro Helmet Sundae. Retail updates include expanded premium brands and The Clubhouse, a new permanent retail space on the Main Concourse.




Cleveland Guardians – Progressive Field
Sportservice rolled out new menu highlights such as Good Company Spicy Thai Fries, the Jackhammer sausage and a Steak Sandwich at STEAK, plus Sauce the City Spicy Chicken and the Aladdin’s Med Dog. Fans can also visit the new Fat Head’s Brew Deck, alongside ongoing speed-of-service upgrades including 150+ self-checkout stations.
