SAN DIEGO (March 24, 2025) – The San Diego Padres and Delaware North, the hospitality and retail partner at Petco Park, have unveiled an expanded lineup of specialty food and beverage offerings along with enhanced retail experiences for the 2025 MLB season.
“We’re elevating the game-day experience with exciting additions to the food and beverage program at Petco Park,” said Dan Butler, Delaware North’s general manager at Petco Park. “Padres fans have a lot to look forward to this season, from a new team store to an expanded slider menu plus new partners and updated spaces.”
New partners for the 2025 season include Mostra Coffee, Mini Donut Company and Stone Brewing as well as Michelin-star chef Drew Deckman.
Revamped Padres Team Store debuts in iconic Western Metal Supply Co. Building
The historic Western Metal Supply Co. Building at Petco Park has been reimagined ahead of the 2025 Opening Day, blending its rich history with modern enhancements. The expanded Padres New Era Team Store has grown by approximately 1,000 square feet, providing fans with a more seamless shopping experience. Upgrades include additional checkout locations, contemporary finishes and lighting, optimized merchandise displays and renovated restrooms – offering an elevated experience while preserving the building’s storied legacy.
Michelin-Star Chef Drew Deckman joins the culinary lineup
New this year is Deckman’s at the Draft, a collaboration with Michelin-star chef Drew Deckman. The seafood-centric concept located in The Draft by Ballast Point will serve elevated seafood fare, including:
- Baja Market Fish Tacos – Local white fish, cabbage, corn tortilla, choice of salsas.
- Fried Oyster or Market Fish Torta – Chile de árbol mayo, pickles, cabbage, tomato, bolillo.
- Oysters on a Half Shell – Cilantro cocktail sauce, peppercorn vinaigrette, lemon.
- Roasted Oysters – Guajillo chile butter, toasted sourdough.
- Zero By-Catch Tradicional Shrimp Ceviche – Tomato, red onion, cilantro, serrano chile, lime, tostaditas.
- Carnitas Pork Wings – Harissa wing sauce, habanero coleslaw.
- Dirty Baja Fries – Shrimp ceviche, queso fundido, pico de gallo over fries.
New additions bolster already-diverse offerings in general concessions
Several new menu items will be available throughout the ballpark, including:
SD Sliders (Available at Kona Patio Section 227)
- Bourbon Bacon Blue Slider – Beef patty, grilled onions, blue cheese sauce, maple bourbon-seasoned bacon on a Hawaiian bun.
- Pretzel Beer Cheese Sliders – All-beef patty, pastrami, beer cheese on a Hawaiian bun.
- Rodeo Sliders – Beef patty, cheddar cheese, crispy onions, BBQ sauce on a Hawaiian bun.
- SoCal Sliders – Beef patty, grilled onions, American cheese, pickle, house spread on a Hawaiian bun.
- Grilled Hen Sliders – Hot agave chicken breast, Fuego sauce, Fresno chile slaw, sweet pickle on a brioche bun.

- TJ Dog – All-beef, bacon-wrapped hot dog, cilantro aioli, pickled jalapeños, grilled onions, pico de gallo, queso blanco, potato sticks. Available at Section 101 (Elote & Micheladas).
- Lob Dog – Grilled lobster tails, chorizo sausage, charred lemon garlic aioli, chives on a split-top brioche bun. Available at Pacifico Market Section 129 in Power Alley.
- Lobster Roll – Grilled lobster tails, charred lemon garlic aioli, chives on a split-top brioche bun. Available at Pacifico Market Section 129 in Power Alley.
- Mini Donut Co. – Churro, City Connect sprinkles, powdered sugar. Available at Mini Donut Company Section 109.
New Additions to the Lexus Club (Section 104)
- Pretzel Cubano – Black Forest ham, mojo pulled pork, Swiss cheese, pickles, yellow mustard.
- Shoyu Poke Tostadas – Marinated ahi tuna, garlic, soy, ginger, sesame, seaweed, sriracha aioli.
- Empanadas – Argentinian-style beef and sweet corn chimichurri.
Fans in suites throughout the ballpark will also enjoy new elevated offerings, including Buffalo Chicken Dip, Churro Cookies, Cold Cut Sliders, Hot Hen Sliders, Italian Pasta Salad, Lemon Pepper Wings, Meatball Sliders, Potato Salad and Short Rib Farfalle Pasta.
