Patina Restaurant Group hosts ‘Sip, Savor & Stroll’ at Disney Springs

Patina Restaurant Group on March 21 invited food enthusiasts to a “Sip, Savor & Stroll” event at three of its locations at Disney Springs: The Edison, Enzo’s Hideaway and Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante. The exclusive ticketed event treated guests to expertly curated food and drink pairings at each location.

Beginning at The Edison, guests were greeted with the Sunny Disposition Porthole cocktail, featuring St. Augustine cane vodka, Lillet Blanc and Giffard Crème de Fraise des Bois with fresh Florida produce, presented in The Edison’s iconic porthole infuser; and a signature Grilled Cheese sandwich, paired with a zesty Lemon-Basil Tomato Soup shooter.

At Enzo’s Hideaway, guests were offered the Enzoni cocktail, a unique blend of Ford’s gin, muddled grapes, Campari, lemon juice and simple syrup, accompanied by Saffron Arancini, filled with fior di latte mozzarella and served with a citrus roasted garlic aioli.

The final stop of the event was Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante, where guests could indulge in a Blood Orange Mule, featuring Skyy blood orange vodka, Solerno blood orange liqueur, Fever-Tree blood orange ginger beer and lime juice, and a Traditional Cannoli, filled with sweet ricotta and adorned with candied orange and amarena cherry.
