ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (September 14, 2022) – The Buffalo Bills and foodservice partner Delaware North today announced the addition of four new market-style concessions outlets, a long bar and dozens of menu items that were created for the 2022-23 season at Highmark Stadium.
Building on last year’s successful introduction of eight market-style beverage outlets in the 300 level, Delaware North expanded the concept to include locations near Sections 117 and 127, along with two in the Miller Lite Brew Pub in the east end zone. The markets feature a variety of domestic and craft beers, along with spiked seltzer, soda and water.
The west end zone area of the 100 level also now features a 60-foot-long bar with 12 points of sale.
“Market-style concessions outlets and long bars are proven to increase speed of service and guest satisfaction,” said Andy Altomare, Delaware North’s general manager at Highmark Stadium. “After introducing markets last year in the upper deck, we improved our ranking in speed of service from 18 to 5 in the NFL’s Voice of the Fan Survey.”
Among the beverages to be available in the new long bar and market locations is 12 Gates Brewing Company’s Pancho’s Legacy Lager, which was created in memory of late Bills superfan Ezra Castro – aka Pancho Billa. More than 5% of Pancho’s Legacy Lager sales are donated to Roswell Park Cancer Institute in Castro’s honor.
Meanwhile, under the direction of Executive Chef Jonathan Wilson and Regional Executive Chef Stephen Forman, several new menu items have been added across general concessions, clubs and suites.
New to concessions:

Chef Test Kitchen (east end zone): Specialty items are added for each game. For the home opener, it’s Andouille Barbecue Mac & Cheese, which features white cheddar and is topped with chorizo pop rocks and spiced pickles.

The “Joey T” Slice: Margherita-style pizza with sweet sauce, fresh mozzarella and pepperoni. Available near Sections 107, 113, 116, 121, 129, 132, 138, 311, 312, 333, 334.

La Nova Wings: Chicken Wings, fried and tossed in La Nova Hot Sauce and served with blue cheese. Available near Sections 104, 123, 315 and 337.

SHOUT! Chicken Sandwich: Grilled chicken topped with SHOUT! Sauce, provolone cheese and crispy onions. SHOUT! Sauce was developed in house by Delaware North, and it pairs two Buffalo favorites – wing sauce and blue cheese dressing – with barbecue sauce to create the perfect condiment for any sandwich in Buffalo. Available near Sections 106, 117, 123, 127, 137, 315 and 329.

Walking Taco: Single-serve Fritos bag filled with barbecue pulled pork, melted cheese, pickled onions and jalapeños. Available near Sections 109, 131, 312 and 333.

Double Burger Bucket: Two double cheeseburgers on an everything bun, served with French fries. Available near Sections 104, 119, 125 and 141.
- Tender Bucket: 10-piece chicken tenders served with French fries and side of blue cheese. Available near Sections 119, 125, 141, 307 and 329.

Sausage of the Game: Each week, a new specialty sausage is created as a nod to the visiting team. For the home opener, for example, it’s “Clash of the Titans,” featuring chicken sausage, peppers, onions, coleslaw, chicken tenders and cheddar cheese- barbecue crema.
