New food and beverage offerings announced for 2025-26 Detroit Pistons season at Little Caesars Arena

DETROIT (Oct. 24, 2025) — Delaware North today unveiled a fresh lineup of food and beverage options for Detroit Pistons fans for the upcoming NBA season at Little Caesars Arena. From bold new flavors to returning fan favorites, the updated menu spans concessions, restaurants and suites.

Specialty cocktail and new merchandise exclusive to Pistons games

New this season is the Goin’ to Work, a new cocktail featuring Tito’s Vodka with blueberry-and-blackberry-infused syrup, pineapple juice, Owen’s Sour Mix and Sprite blue Light Up ice cube – garnished with a basketball pick, a dehydrated pineapple slice and blueberries.

On the retail front, Pistons fans can look forward to exclusive collections and custom pieces, including:

1701 Deli

  • 2465 Pastrami: House-made short rib pastrami topped with beet kraut and horseradish honey mustard on an onion roll
  • MotorCity Ham & Cheese: Dearborn ham topped with caramelized onion bacon jam and Zingerman’s pimento cheese

Portable 46 (near portal 46)

  • Lobster Bao Bun: Tarragon lemon mayo and celery
  • Bulgogi Beef Bao: Shoyu aioli and kimchi slaw
  • Vegan Spicy Shitake Bao: Sesame cucumber and pickled fresno

313 Grills (near portals 2, 13, 28, 52 and 69)

  • Triple Double Burger: Triple smash patty with double cheese, Nueske’s bacon, caramelized onions and burger sauce

Beirut Bakery (Detroit House)

  • Chicken Shawarma: Grilled chicken breast with pickled turnips, spiced onions, cucumber pickles, tahini and Beirut Bakery’s garlic sauce
  • Beef Shawarma: Grilled beef with pickled turnips, spiced onions, tomatoes, parsley, cucumber pickles, garlic and tahini sauces

Slows Bar BBQ

  • Pulled Pork Meal: Served with Kansas City-style sauce, mac and cheese, coleslaw, cornbread and pickles
  • BBQ Beef Meal: Smoked brisket with Kansas City-style sauce, mac and cheese, coleslaw, cornbread and pickles
  • Apple BBQ Chicken Meal: Smoked chicken breast with apple BBQ sauce, mac and cheese, coleslaw, cornbread and pickles

New at The Coop locations will be “All The Time” Sauce: A slightly smoky, rich and tangy sauce that pairs perfectly with chicken tenders, fries or any favorite arena eats.

Bell’s Taphouse

  • Ramen Bowl: rich broth, bok choy, soft boiled egg, green onions, pickled fresno, chili crisp and fried onions with choice of chicken, pork belly or tofu
  • Haloumi Mushroom Hash Sandwich: roasted portabella mushrooms, halloumi cheese potato cake, arugula and herb aioli on an onion roll
  • Two Hearted Old Fashioned: Bulliet bourbon, Two Hearted Ale simple syrup and bitters

Mike’s Pizza Bar

  • Potato Gnocchi: house rolled dumplings with white cream sauce, sweet sausage crumbles, blue cheese, parmesan and chili flakes
  • La Scala Chopped Salad: lettuce, cheese, ham, banana pepper, onion, tomato, artichoke, marinated chickpea and black olive garnish
  • NY Style Mushroom and Goat Cheese Pizza: Topped with sauteed mushrooms, creamy goat cheese, basil and white truffle drizzle

The Mixing Board

  • Lobster Roll: lemon-tarragon lobster salad and a house-baked roll with a side of drawn butter
  • Tomato Basil Chicken Pasta: fried chicken breast atop corzetti pasta with tomato, sweet onion, burrata and basil pesto
  • Short Rib Ravioli: semolina dough with shredded short rib, cacio e pepe sauce, pickled blackberries, parmesan crusted mushrooms and arugula
  • Pineapple Jalapeno Margarita: Casamigos Tequilla with pineapple, jalapeno simple syrup and house-made sour mix
