Annual “Holidays in Space” Celebration Returns to Light Up the Night at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, Friday, December 14, 2018

WHAT: Be among the first to see the new “Holidays in Space” show at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. The annual “Holidays in Space” celebration returns to light up the night with a new, fanciful kinetic light presentation beginning at 5 p.m. on Friday, December 14. The inspired production will feature jaw-dropping surprises and a rainbow of colors and special effects with over 400 lighting fixtures, including a display of 200 LED kinetic spheres. Open every day from December 14 through December 30 (with the exception of Christmas Day,) the event will take place a full five days longer than previous years.

Also new this year will be a holiday-themed kids’ activity area in the Atlantis West Pavilion. Families can look forward to hours of fun, with special kids’ activities offered from December 26 – 30.
