As the 2026 NFL season kicks off, Delaware North Sportservice is going inside the kitchen with the chefs bringing game day to life across some of football’s most iconic venues.
Throughout the season, we’ll spotlight the culinary leaders shaping the fan experience – from new menu items and local flavors to the behind-the-scenes preparation that powers every kickoff.
Our next executive chef to be featured is Zac Ladubec at Lambeau Field, home of the Green Bay Packers, where Sportservice provides culinary services.

- Lambeau Field is one of the most iconic venues in sports. What makes cooking for Packers fans unique?
I grew up an hour away from here, so I’ve been a Packers fan my whole life. I get to cook for friends, family and fans alike, so it’s more personal to me. There’s always someone I grew up with, went to school with, or someone my parents know at a game.
I often explain my job this way: There are only 32 NFL executive chefs in the world, and I think I have the best one.
- What’s new on the menu or behind the scenes this season that you’re excited for fans to experience?
We always take great pride in our new items and the overall game-day experience. This year, I’d say there are two things I’m especially excited about.
The Horse Collar is making its 10-year anniversary return. It’s such a fun, shareable and photo-worthy item.
We’re also introducing two pudding-cup desserts: Chocolate Peanut Butter and Banana Cream, both of which have received great feedback so far.
- Wisconsin is known for its food traditions. How do you balance honoring those classics while introducing new ideas?
I think it’s easier for me because I grew up coming to games here. You can do a lot with brats, beer and cheese. In the 12 seasons I’ve been here, I haven’t run out of ideas yet!
I like finding balance by always offering the classics while putting a twist on them that fans might not expect. And as social media has expanded, fans have become more adventurous eaters, which allows us to push the boundaries beyond “normal stadium food.”
- If you had to build the ultimate Lambeau Field meal using only three menu items, what makes the cut?
Johnsonville Brat, Sargento Fried Cheesecurds and an ice-cold Miller High Life!
- What food or drink best captures the spirit of a game day at Lambeau Field?
Nothing beats a brat and beer.
