Delaware North-owned-and-operated Finger Lakes Gaming & Racetrack, near Rochester, N.Y., garnered six awards – including a pair of first-place finishes – in Casino Player Magazine’s 2015 Best of Gaming Awards/New York.
Results from the annual readers’ poll awarded the gaming venue with top honors for “Gaming Venue Where
You Feel the Luckiest” and “Best Promotions.”
Finger Lakes Gaming & Racetrack also won a second-place award in the “Best Race Book” category, and three third-place awards, including “Best Comps” and “Best Video Slots.”
“Any award is special, but especially ones such as these that are determined by the players who visit our facility and others in the region,” said Steve Martin, senior director of marketing. “It’s a testament to the hard work our entire team puts forth to create special experiences, one guest at a time.”
The awards were published in the October issue of Casino Player Magazine.
