LONDON, ENGLAND (Aug. 15, 2024) – Wembley Stadium is preparing to welcome Taylor Swift back for another five incredible performances to wrap up her European tour.

After three electrifying shows in June, Delaware North, the foodservice and hospitality provider at Wembley Stadium, is building on the success of its food and beverage offerings to further enhance the guest experience across the venue.

“We are really looking forward to hosting Taylor Swift again at Wembley,” said Lewis Blake, head of concessions for Delaware North at Wembley Stadium. “We launched an exclusive menu inspired by Taylor and her music in June, and now we’re ready to unveil new additions paying homage to her last visit to the U.K.”

The Delaware North team proudly launched new menu items for the next leg of Taylor Swift’s London shows. Adam Killingley (left), chef de partie, and Lewis Blake (right), head of concessions, showed off new menu items for Taylor Swift concerts in August at Wembley Stadium.

In June, Swift ordered over £450 worth of kebabs from her favourite takeaway in London. As a nod to her love for the dish, the Delaware North team has curated a Chicken Shawarma Skewer with cucumber and tomato salad, pink garlic aioli, chilli mayo and house slaw on fresh flatbread. This new dish will be available at “Krew Kebabs” kiosks on the Level 1 concourse and at the Butchers Block and Tap Houses on Level 2. Furthermore, new Lover and Midnights doughnuts will be available throughout Levels 1, 2 and 5.

“At Delaware North, we want guests’ experiences to be as immersive as possible,” Blake said. “Replicating this moment will resonate with fans, as our Chicken, Chips and Seemingly Ranch items did in June.”

Of the exclusive menu items launched for the June shows, the Chicken, Chips and Seemingly Ranch gained global attention, with major outlets covering the playful and delicious fare. In addition, Swift’s fans noted the bespoke packaging designed specifically for the London tour, featuring a friendship bracelet with charms related to different eras. For these shows, five new designs have been added for guests to collect.

“We understand the importance of the full experience and know that it’s not just the music; it is the complete occasion,” Blake said. “Our investment into small touches, such as the greaseproof paper, has been a hit. It’s the first time I’ve ever seen people trying to keep hold of their greaseproof paper as a souvenir!”

Also debuting for Swift’s August shows are the transformation of The Three Lions and The Lioness pubs on Level 2 into “Taylor Swift Brunch Parties.” Created specifically for Swift fans, these pubs will bring glitz and glamour to the stadium, where the pre-concert hype can be enjoyed by anyone with a Level 2 ticket.

Guests will be welcomed on a pink carpet with paparazzi before being taken into the main event space fit with exciting Instagrammable moments and an exclusively tailored menu, kicking off the party hours before Swift comes on stage.

“This will be an unforgettable experience for guests. We’ve gone all out bringing in paparazzi, photo booths and glitter tattoo artists, alongside an all-new menu, to really elevate guest experience,” said James Haysom, head of hospitality for Delaware North at Wembley Stadium. “A lot of effort has gone into transforming these pubs, even down to the draught options served at bars and the friendship bracelets provided with every food purchase.”

In place of beer, the Three Lions and Lioness bar taps will now serve draught Pale Rose, sparkling wines and the popular Black Lines Cocktails, including the exclusive Lavender Haze Spritz and the Bad Blood Orange Aperol Spritz. Passion fruit martinis and espresso martinis will also be available. The new food items include:

  • Reputation Pizza – Thick tiger-style bread topped with Nashville’s finest BBQ sauce, crushed San Marzano tomato sauce, mozzarella, beef pepperoni slides, charred corn and scallions.
  • Seemingly Ranch and Chicken – Coated in an authentic seasoned crumb with skin-on fries and scallions.
  • Evermore Vegan Burger – A delicious baked falafel patty topped with Kranch dressing in a vegan and gluten-free brioche bun with skin-on fries and dressed with crunchy vegan slaw.

Also making a comeback are the popular menu items launched in June:

  • Chicken, Chips and Seemingly Ranch – Inspired by Swift’s visits to NFL games in the U.S., these crispy chicken tenders are served with seasoned fries, scallions and Kranch dressing.
  • The Karma Dog – Designed to reflect the captivating visuals of Swift’s music videos, this is a tender beechwood smoked sausage topped with house rainbow slaw and crispy scallions, drizzled in pink garlic aioli.
  • Bad Blood Waffle Fries – Available in three variations, these waffle fries are taking a trip across the pond after being debuted by Delaware North’s Sportservice team at Highmark Stadium, home of the Buffalo Bills, during the Kansas City Chiefs playoff game in January.
    • Buffalo – Crispy chicken strips served with a spicy Buffalo sauce and blue cheese, topped with scallions.
    • Kansas City – BBQ pulled pork topped with rainbow slaw and pickles topped with smoky BBQ sauce.
    • Vegetarian – Flavorful falafel balls topped with house made rainbow slaw and pink garlic aioli.
  • Peri-Peri Chicken Burger – Inspired by Swift’s love for Nando’s is a succulent peri-peri chicken thigh burger served with homemade crunchy rainbow slaw, mango and chili dressing on a soft brioche roll with a choice of mango mayo, peri-peri mayo or pink garlic aioli.

These shows mark the end of the unforgettable summer of music at Wembley Stadium with iconic performances from Green Day, AC/DC, Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band and popular artists at the Capital Summertime Ball, drawing over a million fans.
