LONDON, ENGLAND (June 20, 2024) — Wembley Stadium is poised to welcome hundreds of thousands of fans for a bumper summer of iconic concerts, with bands such as Green Day and AC/DC headlining the venue. The music season began last weekend with the annual Capital Summertime Ball. This weekend, the spotlight shifts to Taylor Swift, who will launch the London leg of her highly anticipated Eras Tour.

With three electrifying nights in June and an additional five nights in August, Delaware North, the foodservice provider at Wembley Stadium, has created an exclusive new menu to enhance guest experience, featuring some of Swift’s favourite treats at various food stations across the venue.

“We know that Taylor Swift fans are expecting a once-in-a-lifetime experience at Wembley Stadium, and we are proud to enhance this through food and beverage,” said Lewis Blake, head of concessions for Delaware North at Wembley Stadium. “Our team has spent a long time researching all things Taylor Swift – and have tapped into the Swifties on our team – to create a food and beverage program that celebrates Taylor and gives her fans an opportunity to ‘taste’ The Eras Tour while they also see and hear it.”

Delaware North conducts all catering and hospitality services throughout the stadium and frequently creates event-inspired food to enhance the customer experience. Swifties can look forward to a range of her favourite British-inspired foods and iconic cocktails, including:

  • Chicken, Chips and Seemingly Ranch – Inspired by Taylor’s visits to NFL games in the U.S., these crispy chicken tenders are served with seasoned fries, spring onions, and Kranch dressing.
  • The Karma Dog – Designed to reflect the captivating visuals of Swift’s music videos, this is a tender beechwood smoked sausage topped with house rainbow slaw and crispy spring onions, drizzled in pink garlic aioli.
  • Bad Blood Waffle Fries – Available in three variations, these waffle fries are taking a trip across the pond after being debuted by Delaware North at the Buffalo Bills vs. Kansas City Chiefs playoff game in January.
    • Buffalo  – Crispy chicken strips served with a spicy buffalo and blue cheese sauce, topped with spring onions.Kansas City – BBQ pulled pork, rainbow slaw and pickles with a generous helping of smoky BBQ sauce.
    • Vegetarian – Flavourful falafel balls topped with house made rainbow slaw and pink garlic aioli.
  • Peri-Peri Chicken Burger – Taylor’s love for Nando’s has inspired this offer, a succulent peri-peri chicken thigh burger with homemade crunchy rainbow slaw, mango and chilli dressing, served in a soft brioche roll with a choice of mango mayo, peri-peri mayo or pink garlic aioli.

For those with a sweet tooth, classic pick ‘n’ mix, sherbet popcorn, candy floss and soft-serve ice cream will be available through concessions levels 1, 2 and 5.

A mix of classic and bespoke cocktails have been brought in specially for the tour, including a feature from Swift’s favourite drink, the French Blonde Spritz – a mix of refreshing white wine with St-Germain elderflower liqueur, gin and grapefruit juice. To deliver these signature drinks to Wembley, Delaware North partnered with Black Lines, a local company from Tottenham that specialises in high-quality, on-tap cocktails.

Other drinks highlights include:

  • Blood Orange Aperol Spritz – A staple of European summertime, this cocktail is a vibrant, bittersweet blend of citrusy flavours, garnished with a blood orange slice over ice.
  • Lavender Spritz – Inspired by the iconic song, enjoy Black Lines Pear and White Tea fizz, served with fresh lavender garnish and a zingy lemon slice.

Should fans wish to take home part of their experience, “Hello Wembley” bamboo guitar stirrers will be served in signature drinks throughout the venue in eight different Eras colours, available to keep.
