Remaining Merchandise Available at 50 Percent Discount Through Saturday
BUFFALO, N.Y. (Jan. 3, 2008) – Delaware North Companies Sportservice is selling remaining AMP Energy/NHL Winter Classic merchandise at a 50 percent discount today through Saturday at Ralph Wilson Stadium.
Various apparel, including hats, scarves, T-shirts, hoodies and jerseys, as well as novelties and programs will be available for purchase from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. today through Saturday at a retail trailer outside the stadium. The trailer is located in Lot A near the One Bills Drive stadium entrance just off of Abbott Road.
“Fans should be aware that some items are sold out and that availability of items will be uncertain as other items sell out,” said Beth Backus, Sportservice’s general manager at Ralph Wilson Stadium. “Sales were strong prior to and during the game on Tuesday, but we do have merchandise remaining.”
Credit cards will be accepted at the trailer, Backus said. Sportservice is unable to fulfill any email or telephone orders.
“The merchandise is available only by visiting the stadium,” she said.
Delaware North Companies Sportservice was selected by the National Hockey League to handle both food service and retail for the historic hockey game between the Pittsburgh Penguins and Buffalo Sabres.
