The company is also launching a “Flex@Work” hybrid work model to offer associates greater flexibility in where, and how, work gets done. Associates have the opportunity to work on-site, remotely, or in a hybrid model.

“250 Homecoming is a chance for us to recognize our associates’ commitment, dedication and flexibility over the last 18 months,” said Jerry Jacobs Jr., chief executive officer, Delaware North. “Our associates are an integral part of the fabric of our downtown community, and we’re excited to celebrate their return to our corporate headquarters.”

“Today is the start of a new, more flexible way of working that preserves the culture that makes Delaware North special,” said Lou Jacobs, chief executive officer, Delaware North. “Launching Flex@Work offers our associates the flexibility they value, while still providing opportunities to come together in person to collaborate and build social networks.”

“Our vision of creating incredible experiences is at the core of our return-to-office planning,” said Charlie Jacobs, chief executive officer, Delaware North. “By enabling our associates to work with additional flexibility, they are better able to focus on creating value and delivering the highest standards of service to our guests.”

The company continues to put in place protocols that keep health and safety at the forefront for all associates and visitors. In support of this priority, access to Delaware North offices at 250 Delaware requires all associates and guests be fully vaccinated. Vaccinated associates may wear masks when they choose. The company continues to monitor the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and New York State guidelines regarding wearing masks while inside buildings.
