EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (Sept. 8, 2023) – MetLife Stadium food and retail partner Delaware North today introduced a lineup of new food offerings for the 2023 NFL season, which kicks off with back-to-back primetime games Sept. 10-11 for the New York Giants and New York Jets, respectively.
Executive Chef Camilo Baquero expressed his excitement for the season: “What makes our menu truly special is the vibrant mix of flavors and cultures. We draw inspiration from the dynamic landscape of the greater New York City region, and we’ve given several classics an exciting and daring spin. Our mission is to craft a dining experience that not only captures the electrifying NFL atmosphere but also celebrates the rich essence of our community.”

Against The Grain BBQ (Portable GW05 near MetLife West Hall and Corona Beach Club & West Mezzanine Club)
- Smoked Beef Brisket Sandwich: Smoked beef brisket meets zesty citrus red cabbage slaw, drizzled with chipotle BBQ sauce, and served on a toasted Martin’s bun. Complete with house-made pickles.
- BBQ Pulled Pork & Belly Sandwich: Tender pulled pork and belly, smothered in MG BBQ sauce and creamy BBQ slaw. All nestled within a toasted Martin’s bun and topped with house-made pickles.
Nona’s Melted Sandwiches (Corona Beach Club & West Mezzanine Club)
- Chicken Vodka: Buttermilk and parmesan chicken cutlet paired with 48-hour vodka sauce, Provolone cheese, and served on a baguette.
- The Grid Iron: Cotto ham, Genoa salami and pepperoni, topped with provolone cheese, hot pepper aioli, and spicy giardiniera. A drizzle of Italian vinaigrette ties the flavors together.
Pizza (Corona Beach Club & West Mezzanine Club)
- Margherita: Classic Margherita pizza with sweet sauce, fresh mozzarella and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
- Regular and Pepperoni Coins: Traditional pizza featuring cheese and pepperoni-topped options.

- Burnt Ends Chili Loaded Tots: Tater tots topped with brisket chili, beer cheese sauce, pickled Fresno peppers, house-made pickles, BBQ crema and scallions.

- Smashed Burger: Three-beef blend patty topped with American and cheddar cheeses, special sauce and caramelized onions on a toasted bun.
OPA Mediterranean Kitchen (Section 126)
- Beef and Lamb Gyro: Beef and lamb gyro served in warm pita bread with tzatziki sauce, cucumber and dill salad, harissa aioli, lettuce and feta cheese.
