That’s the idea behind the company’s upcoming virtual career fair from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. ET on May 20, when culinary professionals interested in pursuing a career with Delaware North can connect with recruiters and chat live about current and future career opportunities, including executive chef and sous chef positions.

For this week’s Chef’s Corner feature, we caught up with George Fouskarinis, a regional executive chef for Delaware North in Australia.
