Bolder flavors and ballpark firsts: Delaware North kicks off 2025 MLB season with fresh fan experiences

Baseball season is underway – and Delaware North Sportservice teams across 10 MLB ballparks are showcasing their culinary creativity, retail innovations and wide variety of offseason upgrades. 

Whether it’s experiencing the newly redesigned and expanded retail store in San Diego, indulging in Fuku chicken sandwiches from celebrity chef David Chang in Chicago or exploring one of several reimagined dining amenities in Atlanta, fans have much to look forward to this 2025 MLB season.  

Delaware North’s offerings in each ballpark drew extensive media coverage – reaching a combined audience of nearly 1.5 billion people with an advertising value of $13.6 million – and counting. 

Here’s a look at the unique features Delaware North is bringing to the table at each MLB venue for the 2025 season. 

Atlanta Braves – Truist Park

Truist Park welcomes the Blue Moon Brewery & Grill and The Outfield Market, with dining options from local favorites such as Velvet Taco and Pepper’s Hot Dogs. Bold new concessions include the Big League Platter, Golden Tender Bites and Home Run Stack. The Pen, a new premium seating area, offers expanded bar offerings and all-you-can-eat ballpark fare, as well as comfortable mesh seats – many with in-seat TVs and access to a private lounge area.  

Chicago White Sox – Rate Field

The Chicago White Sox are celebrating 125 years with special commemorative cups and anniversary cocktails crafted by Delaware North. Culinary additions include Korean-style hot dogs, bubble waffles and Fuku chicken sandwiches from celebrity chef David Chang. Fans can also enjoy the vibrant atmosphere at ChiSox Bar & Grill, featuring signature dishes such as Smashburgers and Loaded Nachos. 

Cincinnati Reds – Great American Ball Park

The Cincinnati Reds and Delaware North have introduced a variety of new specialty menu and retail items for the 2025 season at Great American Ball Park. Fans can look forward to a wide range of new food options that emphasize regional flavors and local products. Some of the exciting new concessions include the Big Mozz Chicken Parm Sandwich, Carne Asada Street Tacos and Reds Double Decker Glier’s Goetta Sluggers. 

In terms of retail and merchandise, fans can expect new brands such as Travis Mathew, Pro Standard, Margaritaville and Marucci, offering a variety of apparel and accessories.  

Cleveland Guardians – Progressive Field 

The Terrace Club Beer Hall featuring custom Cleveland-themed beer steins and local brews is a major highlight for Delaware North and the Cleveland Guardians this season. The immersive beer hall experience with indoor-outdoor spaces is sure to be a hit with fans. 

Culinary additions include the Guardian Burger, Best Damn Cheesesteak and Spicy Pepperoni Flatbread.  

Detroit Tigers – Comerica Park 

The Detroit Tigers and Delaware North have collaborated to introduce an enticing range of specialty foods and merchandise. Fans at Comerica Park can savor new offerings such as smoked pulled pork, mac & cheese from Slows Bar BQ and health-conscious items such as jerk chicken wraps and avocado turkey lettuce wraps. The Big Cat Court brings fan favorites such as Smashburgers and Chickpea Power Bowls. Unique retail items include specialty Opening Day products and gear from local premium brand Greyson. 

Milwaukee Brewers – American Family Field 

At American Family Field, Delaware North unveiled creative takes on classic ballpark items for the 2025 Brewers season. Fans can enjoy Chicken Cordon-Brew sandwiches, Enchilada Dogs and the Smokin’ Gouda Burger.  J. Leinenkugel’s Barrel Yard will feature specialty flatbreads, while collaboration with Blackshoe Hospitality ensures elevated culinary options throughout the ballpark. 

Minnesota Twins – Target Field

Delaware North and the Minnesota Twins are continuing to promote locally inspired items and menus at Target Field. Highlights include Walleye Tacos and a Dugout Dill Pickle Pizza at Pizza Lucé. Family Value Stands return with all food items under $5, while Legends Landing offers an all-you-can-eat experience. Unique beverages, including Keeper’s Heart Vanilla Creamed Whiskey, and new ice cream cookie flavors expand the fan experience. 

San Diego Padres – Petco Park 

The Delaware North Sportservice team at Petco Park, as always, is delivering a mix of upscale dining and classic ballpark fare – along with a new headlining retail store. Michelin-starred chef Drew Deckman debuts Deckman’s at the Draft with seafood-centric dishes such as Baja Market Fish Tacos and Dirty Baja Fries. General concessions include inventive sliders and loaded hot dogs, including the Lob Dog.

St. Louis Cardinals – Busch Stadium

The menu for Cardinals fans at Busch Stadium this season features classic ballpark favorites such as Jumbo Bratwursts and Freddy’s frozen custard. New partnerships with Crumbl Cookies and Mayo Ketchup add variety, while the Team Store introduced branded 8th & Clark apparel and City Connect designs. Technology enhancements such as self-checkout kiosks aim to improve the fan experience and get them back to the action faster than ever. 

Texas Rangers – Globe Life Field 

There’s never a shortage of Texas flavors at Globe Life Field, especially with the debut of Arlington Alley, featuring local craft beers. Menu items such as the viral Boomstick Burrito, Bacon on a Stick and Blue Mint Thai Crazy Drunken Noodles give Rangers fans fun, new options – and new vegan-friendly choices such as plant-based nachos and burgers cater to diverse dietary needs. Unique retail offerings include premium brands such as Peter Millar, Travis Mathew and Lusso.
