Coopers Ale House named Food & Beverage Retailer of the Year at annual Adelaide Airport awards

Delaware North for the second consecutive year was named Food & Beverage Retailer of the Year at Adelaide Airport’s annual Retailer of the Year Awards event.

Following suit with last year’s honor, the award was presented to Delaware North for its operation of Coopers Ale House.

Lucky Logothetis, Delaware North’s general manager at the airport, was on-hand to receive the award along with his team.

“This is a fantastic achievement and a deserved result for the hard work and dedication from the entire team,” Logothetis said.

“Since being refurbished in 2016, Coopers Ale House been the go-to place for travelers and guests coming through Adelaide Airport. Our team has done a great job maintaining the high standard, and it shows when we’re recognized not only by guests but also our client.”

The awards celebrate the contribution that all retailers (food and beverage operators) make at Adelaide Airport. Awards are based on multiple criteria, with a heavy weighting toward customer service — as reviewed by the airport’s internal mystery shopper program, as well as financial performance and overall guest satisfaction standards.
