Toys for Tots for West Memphis, AR children.
WEST MEMPHIS, Ark. (December 15, 2008) – Southland Park Gaming and Racing provides 184 toys for Cops for Kids and $6,000 to Toys for Tots for West Memphis, AR children.
Southland held 2nd Annual Twelve Tournaments of Christmas providing much needed toys and cash during tough economic times. Toys were raised by hosting video poker, handicapping, black jack and poker tournaments for the first twelve days of December. A $20 cash donation or toy with a $20 value allowed guests to participate in any of the tournaments.
Toys for Tots have been providing toys to children for over 50 years. Cops for Kids provide toys to children each Christmas in the West Memphis area.
