With the help of Delaware North associates around the globe, the company officially has a 100th Anniversary Specialty Cocktail.
With five cocktails to choose from, the drink that rose to the top was…the Millennium Margarita!
The margarita is the most popular and most frequently ordered cocktail in America, and it’s only fitting that the classic cocktail is taken to the next level to celebrate Delaware North’s 100th anniversary. This variation of the cocktail takes traditional margarita ingredients up a notch by topping it with prosecco, creating a cocktail that sparkles. It’s a nod to Delaware North’s roots with a wink to its unlimited future.
As part of the contest, associates who voted were entered into a random drawing for a $100 gift card. And as such, a congratulations goes out to Jessica Kennedy, a marketing coordinator at Yosemite National Park. She’s the lucky winner!

Millennium Margarita Recipe
Combine the following ingredients in a cocktail mixer:
• 1 ½ ounces Patrón Silver Tequila
• ½ ounce Patrón Citrónge Orange Liqueur
• ¾ ounce strawberry puree
• ¾ ounce fresh lime juice
• 1 each orange wedge – squeeze & drop
Shake above ingredients with ice. Top with Prosecco.
The drink is best served in a wine glass and should be garnished with a strawberry and golden starfruit.
