Delaware North Chairman Jeremy Jacobs on Thursday evening received the Lester Patrick Trophy, which is awarded for outstanding service to the sport of hockey in the United States.
 
Along with fellow honoree Bob Crocker, a longtime NHL scout, Mr. Jacobs -- the longtime owner of the Boston Bruins and chairman of the NHL's board of governors -- was honored as part of the U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and Dinner in Boston.
