Neil is the Director of Food Services in the UK. Previously, he served as the Food Service Director for Aramark in Europe, overseeing food production, development, and consistency across all business sectors. Some key clients include Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, and the BBC.

This role included being part of the 2012 Olympics culinary team, which delivered food to the Athletes’ Village in London, serving up to 70,000 meals daily at peak times.

Neil studied at Catering College before embarking on his early career, working alongside some of the finest chefs in the industry: Gary Rhodes, Rick Stein, Gordon Ramsay, and Marcus Wareing. He has led major events, including Wimbledon, the Australian Open, Silverstone, and most recently, the MLB All-Star event in Texas, USA.

Neil now collaborates with some of the UK’s most influential and respected chefs, including Tommy Banks, Tom Shepherd, Calum Franklin, and Mitch Tonks, among others. This collaboration is vital for Delaware North, as it brings high levels of industry knowledge into a stadium environment, enhancing the guest experience and fostering meaningful engagement.
