Delaware North’s travel division last week officially opened B. Good at Boston Logan International Airport, making it easier than ever for travelers to enjoy great-tasting, responsibly sourced burgers, bowls, salads, smoothies and more on-the-go. B. Good is a fast-growing brand that has been a pioneer in bringing farm-to-table dining to the quick-serve restaurant space since it launched in 2003.
B. Good and its “Food with Roots” approach – clean and wholesome food that is prepared fresh in-house – opened in Terminal B, which services major airlines, including American Airlines, United and Air Canada.
“Healthy food options that are fresh-made using local ingredients is more than just a trend for travelers, it’s an exciting step for airport dining,” said Kevin Kelly, president of Delaware North’s travel division. “B. Good has proven this resonates with diners around the world and we’re proud to bring this locally grown brand to travelers at Boston Logan.”
The Boston Logan restaurant, which will be open daily from 4 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., will offer breakfast, lunch and dinner, including popular items such as the Power Elvis Bowl (banana, almond butter, honey granola, coconut, dark cholate shavings), Harvest Kale Salad (brussels sprouts, squash, cheddar, beets, chickpeas, pepitas, balsamic vinaigrette), Power Play Burger (beef, avocado, bacon, cheddar, egg), Sweet Potato Fries and more.
“We know that eating on-the-go when traveling can be challenging, and oftentimes, consumers feel they need to choose between something that tastes good or something that makes them feel good,” said Chris Fuqua, chief executive officer at B. Good “We believe those two things aren’t mutually exclusive, and we’re excited to bring great tasting food that people can feel good about eating to our hometown airport. We couldn’t ask for a better team than Delaware North, airport concessions developer and manager
MarketPlace Development and Massport to make this possible.”
The B. Good location is one of 12 new food, beverage and retail outlets that Delaware North’s travel division is in the process of bringing to Logan airport, including many local offerings and Boston-born brands.
