The Squire at Grand Canyon, a Holiday Inn Resort, operated by Delaware North in Tusayan, Ariz., offers travelers an unmatched lodging experience just minutes from the picturesque South Rim of Grand Canyon National Park.
The Squire, which transitioned to the IHG Hotels & Resorts (IHG) brand in early 2025, is now the only IHG property in the region and recently launched an exclusive promotion for IHG One Rewards loyalty program members.

Delaware North recently completed notable renovations to enhance the guest experience at the property, which now features six kid’s suites with bunk beds and king beds and included upgrades to over 100 guest rooms featuring new mattresses, furnishings and updated finishes.
The lobby has been refreshed with new flooring, furniture, lighting and a redesigned front desk area with private seating. Dining spaces, including the Desert Lounge + Grill and Canyon Room, have been revitalized with updated decor, furniture, lighting and carpeting. Additional upgrades include a state-of-the-art Ecolab pool system and full audio/visual improvements throughout the resort, and additional changes are underway, including enhanced door locks and smart thermostats.
Under Executive Chef Jerry Anthony Moynihan, The Squire’s culinary offerings have been elevated with fresh, inspired dishes such as Braised Wild Boar, Banana-Blossom Paella and the DG Burger, all served at the vibrant Desert Lounge + Grill. The Watchtower Pool + Patio now hosts themed weekly dining events – Tiki Thursday, Fiesta Friday and American BBQ Saturday – where guests can enjoy casual outdoor meals prepared on a cutting-edge Arteflame Grill and Smoker while taking in the stunning surroundings.
