In the latest team member life video, produced by the Creative Studio, the Talent Acquisition Innovation Center and Green Bay teams, we hear from food and beverage, retail and operations team members who share the excitement, camaraderie and growth they experience every shift.
Eric Sampson, general manager for Delaware North at Lambeau Field, shares what makes working at Green Bay special: “On game day, it’s just electric, you can smell the brats cooking, the party’s getting live and the Packers are about to come out and make this place rock.”
The video also celebrates milestones and achievements, from hosting the 2025 NFL Draft to longstanding service of Vendor Mike Valentyne, who has worked at Lambeau Field for 54 seasons.
As the Packers approach the final home game of the season, the energy and excitement around Lambeau Field and Titletown remain as vibrant as ever, making Green Bay a truly special place to work.
Bartender Kathleen Valyer adds: “Lambeau is just magical. I kind of feel like the players as soon as I step on the ground.”
